Authentic Vintage Paint by Laney's Old Village
Old Village Paint is the the oldest paint and varnish maker in America. Our family has been making paint the same way since 1816. Every colour is made in the old fashioned batch system, with nearly half a can of natural earth pigments — just like a batch of cookies or die lot of yarn. Old Village Paint is safe to use for your baby's crib. It's durable enough to last ten years on the exterior of your house, without chipping or pealing.
Our paint has been used historically in museums — such as The Hermitage, Andrew Jackson Mansion, the Lincoln Law Library, Historic Deerfield, and primitive use at Canterberry Shaker Village. You can use Old Village Paint for any decorative, primitive, faux or shabby chic finish you can imagine.
